As a leader in education with a background of more than 20 years in the public and private sectors, I developed strategic plans and processes that made organizations more transparent, equitable, collaborative, and productive. I changed organizational cultures to be more inclusive, and fostered a learning mindset that emphasized continuous improvement.
My leadership coaching and organizational consulting build on both academic research and my experience with organizational development, complex systems, and decision-making. I think creatively and focus attention on the choices leaders and professionals have to shape the future.
